Meet Noon
My upbringing in Thailand was rooted in the richness of hospitality, community, and the joy of shared meals. My journey led me to the United States where I initially worked as a nanny. Life then took an unexpected turn during the pandemic when I was experimenting with making granola. Through trial and error, I crafted a clustery, nourishing and tasty granola that I began selling online and at farmer’s markets. I received such positive feedback that it inspired me to turn my new hobby into an artisanal business.
Baked by Noon has now evolved to be more than a business—it's a testament to what happens when passion meets ambition, which for me, embodies the American dream.
