This is the star of my breakfast parfait every morning. It is the perfect sweetness, with the perfect amount of coconut, nuts, and oats. I will be a repeat customer for life. I also received a sample of a potential new flavor granola with dark chocolate and it was delicious with vanilla bean yogurt and banana.

Meet Noon
My upbringing in Thailand was rooted in the richness of hospitality, community, and the joy of shared meals. My journey led me to the United States where I initially worked as a nanny. Life then took an unexpected turn during the pandemic when I was experimenting with making granola. Through trial and error, I crafted a clustery, nourishing and tasty granola that I began selling online and at farmer’s markets. I received such positive feedback that it inspired me to turn my new hobby into an artisanal business.
Baked by Noon has now evolved to be more than a business—it's a testament to what happens when passion meets ambition, which for me, embodies the American dream.
